A short solution for those who are using Pro Toolsįor those who are using Windows OS, the best solution available for them would be trying different devices first to see if it will work perfectly with the program. Searching for suggestions online is the best thing that can be done by those who are affected, and thanks to websites that have experts in them, people are now having a clear view of how the issue should be resolved. You'll also need to set playback tracking to either Hybrid or Mixer. Many are feeling frustrated with the fact that they could not do something about this issue, and the majority of those who are affected rely on the internet to find any solutions on the issue. Open FL Studio, open the options menu and go to the Audio Settings and set the device to Focusrite USB ASIO. The issue started small, but today, there are many people who have been experiencing the same problems, and they are reporting that the issue cannot be resolved easily because there is a lack of solutions that can be found online. Make sure that your ASIO software has the same settings as your default Windows sound card (or the other way). Some cards do manage this but most of those I have used do not. It can be frustrating for others, especially those who are relying on the system to complete their jobs. People have been saying that this issue has been going on for some time and they do not have any idea how to resolve it. Finally, in terms of Focusrite Control please go to File > Presets > System playback.

In terms of FL Studio being distorted, please ensure that you are using the Focusrite USB ASIO driver and please try all of the USB ports on your computer, this is important as each will perform differently depending on how they are internally hubbed. The error message says that Pro Tools is unable to properly initialize the audio driver of the Focusrite USB 2.0. People reported that whenever the record of the play button is hit, an error message would appear on the screen.

One of the reported issues on the Pro Tools 11 program is its failed initialization of the Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 USB Interface. When using the FL Studio ASIO the 1st gen 2i2 used to give me 89 overal latency with a template of about 80 instruments and tons of effects but never in an empty template so i am confused how can it be giving me more latency on an empty template with the 2nd gen.

On a side note the FL Studio Asio gives me about 80ms overall latency even on an empty template vs 30+ms from the Focusrite USB ASO and the ASIO4ALL 26ms. What are the main issues that are experienced by the users of the program? With the FL Studio Asio or the ASIO4ALL it doesnt happen. Mainstream film production companies are also relying on the technology for audio processing during the post-production stage of film making.
